How many days can I expect to have the goods delivered?
Lead Time for new order is 7-10 working days. And the exact shipping schedule will be based on shipping company’s current schedule. We’ll provide customer a detail shipping advice before the goods are ready to deliver.

How do I pay for sample kit? And when can I receive samples?
Shipping fee for sample kit can pay via PayPal, and once the payment is received, CM will prepare samples and will deliver the package.

What is the shelf life for the products?
Most of the products can keep one year under cool and dry condition. Tapioca bubbles can only keep 6 months.
